Common Questions.
Can we be invoiced for the event?
Yes, invoicing is available and all invoices include VAT. If you require an invoice or have specific billing requirements, just let us know when enquiring or booking.
What if someone drops out?
If someone drops out but you've still got more than the minimum number of people for the event, you can let us know on the day of the event. If you drop below the minimum number of people, we may offer a similar, suitable event or the event may go ahead with no credit or refund on the person who dropped out.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind. Weekends and school holiday periods are especially popular and can fill up quickly, so securing your booking early gives you the best choice of dates.
What happens in bad weather?
Events will go ahead, rain or shine. We'll provide wet suits to keep you as dry as possible but we recommend bringing a spare change of clothers. In the case of severe weather, the activity may be postponed for a later date.
