This will be placed on file to act as your confirmation that you agree to the disclaimer before participating in the activity on the circuit. Safety procedures in place BEFORE & UPON arrival:

  • Before you arrive:
All rooms including toilets will be
    thoroughly cleaned and professionally sanitised.

  • On arrival:
Please only enter the building via the front entrance. You will be asked to wait outside making sure you socially distance yourself 2 metres from others not in your household. Only 1 person will be allowed to approach the reception (or 2 if in the same household).

  • Hand sanitiser will be provided and must be used before signing an indemnity form.

  • Once you have received your wrist band you may proceed through the driver entry gate to the paddock.

  • Please ensure you leave at least 3 metres between vehicles when parking up.

  • Entry to the circuit via the paddock gate will be controlled by a Race Marshal.  All Race Marshals will be required to wear face masks/shields and gloves.

  • Up to 12 karts will be allowed out on the circuit at any one time.

  • If your kart breaks down, we will red flag the session so that your accompanying person(s) can walk onto the circuit to retrieve your kart safely.  Unfortunately, our marshals will not be able to help with this.

  • Any first aid assistance required will be attended by an appointed First aider wearing a face mask, face shield, gloves & protective PPE Marshal wear.

  • Please bring any refreshments you may need as the Coffee shop will not be open and the vending machine will not be in service.

  • Toilet use will be controlled.  Only 3 people may enter the toilet block at any one time. Only one person can use the urinals at any one time.

  • Please sanitise your hands before entering the toilet block & wash your hands thoroughly before leaving. The toilets will be regularly cleaned throughout the day.
