Post lockdown staged re-opening plan.

Following the recent Government announcements Red Lodge Karting plans to re-open in stages as detailed below, subject to further Government guidelines.

  • Pre-booking will be essential & full payment will be required.

  • You will be required to acknowledge a disclaimer explaining our full terms & conditions by entering your name at the bottom of the form before submitting to secure your place. This will be placed on file to act as your confirmation that you agree to the disclaimer before participating in the activity on the circuit. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING PROOF OF THIS WITH YOU SO YOU MAY PARTICIPATE ON THE DAY.

  • Unfortunately, we can only allow a maximum of two people accompanying your driver (max 3 including driver).   Any group totalling more than 3 will be asked to leave without a refund.

  • Track & Trace (COVID-19):

  • The Government is requesting we keep a log all visitors' details; these must be retained for a minimum of 21 days.  All data is secured on our premises in compliance with GDPR regulations for the safe keeping of personal information.

  • If you leave the site but plan to return again then please notify the office.

RLK management has undertaken considerable planning to ensure a safe re-opening for all customers & staff.  We will continue to follow Government guidelines which may mean that we have to amend our arrangements.

  • Please be aware social distancing procedures will be in place throughout the site and a one-way system is in place within the building.  Signage will indicate how many people are allowed in each room and off-limits areas.

  • Please wash your hands regularly during your visit using soap/sanitiser.
